My name is Wilson Fung. I am a User Experience Designer based in Toronto. Mostly recently, I worked at Wolseley Canada.
My journey in User Experience began at Wolseley Canada, where I contributed to the digital transformation of their flagship B2B platform, Wolseley Express. My team and I focused on redesigning the site to ensure the transition from traditional ordering to online ecommerce was intuitive and frictionless for professional clients.
My passion for design started at McMaster University; during my Communication studies, I became fascinated by how users interact with different mediums and the psychological effects of those interactions. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, I furthered my education at Centennial College, where I gained the technical UX skills I apply in my career today.
